Our service starts from the very first contact, whether that be from a phone call or an email. After determining your terms of your requirements and what you want doing, we will organise a date in the calendar to meet up on site. After determining your terms of your requirements and what you want doing, we will organise a date in the calendar to meet up on site. At this meeting we will discuss in detail your ideas and offer our own input as how to best achieve them. Drawings for the project will be handed over to myself or emailed and making sure the following steps will be put in place such as party wall agreements/ building survey report/ architecture drawings that have been submitted. Once this is completed then the next step is handing over the contract price, and ensuring that we understand your brief and budget so that we can offer your perfect solution and a start date that both the client and myself are happy with.
As an established business we have built up relationships with different suppliers, which will reduce material cost and avoid you the added hassle and paperwork of sourcing materials.
