Flat conversion

We work closely with developer in the past by helping them build up their property portfolio. This could be as simple as a house converted to flats (which is the more common route) or the more technical side of things such as converting an office block into flats or just a block of flats being renovated to the new regulations and giving the building a fresh look. We are always updating our knowledge on the new building regulations that come out to keep us at the top of our game and to provide a safe and energy efficient home all to British regulations.

The video above is a project we took on over at Reading that lasted a total of 10 months to get an office block and convert them into 26 studio flats. We have built up a good reputation in this field to show that we are more than capable of doing projects like this.
